Refunds may be available if: an order cannot be started; a service becomes unavailable before fulfillment; a duplicate payment was made; or Boostly is unable to complete the order. Contact support with your order number to request a review.

3. When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be available if: the order has started or been completed; the customer submitted incorrect information; the customer changed or deleted required materials after ordering; the customer violated our Terms of Service; or the service listing states that the order is non-refundable after processing.

4. Custom Work

Services that involve custom work, such as landing page setup, content writing, or community management, may not be refundable once work has begun. If you have concerns about a custom service, contact support as soon as possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Include any relevant details that may help us understand the issue.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement service instead of a refund.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, contact Boostly support first. Opening a chargeback without contacting support may result in account restrictions or cancellation of pending orders. Fraudulent disputes are not allowed.
